When do you ship?


How long does it take an order to be shipped out?

We try our best to ship orders within 2-3 BUSINESS days. *COVID may cause delays at the moment, so please be patient!

Has my order shipped?

If you haven't received an email notification that your order has shipped, it hasn't. We are not trying to be rude, but please don't email us asking! We are a tiny company and emails like that slow us down!

My tracking says my package is delivered
but I didn't get it.

Sometimes a tracking number will say your package is delivered when it really hasn't been. Wait a couple of days to see if it comes. If it doesn't, go ahead and contact USPS directly.

My package didn't arrive/was broken.
Can you refund me?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for shipping related issues. We are very sorry! We are too small of a company to be able to have this luxury like big companies like Amazon do. But, USPS will give you a full refund. Just file a claim online. It's easy!

My address is wrong,
can I change it?

If your order hasn't shipped, of course! If it has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

We are currently shipping Mondays through Thursdays ONLY. We try our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed, but please give us a little leeway with COVID slowing things down.

If we are experiencing delays, we will always post about it on our Header or email you about it. So, please be on the look out so that you stay informed!

You will receive an email with tracking information on it once your order is sent. If you have not received an email, your order has not been sent. Please don't email us asking if your order has been shipped. We are a tiny company and emails like that slow us down!

We ship all of our boxes via USPS Priority Mail Shipping or USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping, depending on what a customer chooses at checkout.

Once shipped, your dough will usually take between 1-4 days (times are a non-guaranteed average from USPS) to get to you depending on where you live in the country, and if all goes well on USPS's end. We ship from San Diego, CA, so the closer you are to where we are located, the sooner you should get your dough.

Once your package leaves our hands and is dropped off at USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly and on-time. We wish we could be personally responsible for getting your package delivered, but we just unfortunately can't since we have no control of your package once we drop it off.

If you have trouble with your delivery, please contact your local USPS location. We do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages. Again, we wish we could, but we are such a small company that we financially cannot. We are very sorry!

If the worst happens and something goes wrong with your package in shipment, you can file a claim online with USPS (it's easy) and they will give you a full refund for your order up to $50..

If you don't like these policies, that's okay and we completely understand! We would love for you to order, but if you cannot understand this policy, please consider ordering elsewhere. We would hate for you to be upset if the worst happens. We never want unhappy customers!

Last but certainly not least, please make sure your address is correct! Double and triple check! Once we drop your package off at USPS, we can't get it back. So, if your address is wrong, unfortunately there isn't anything we can do for you since our product is perishable and we can't just re-ship it once it gets back to us.
